These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the V House and 6x Day apps (the "App") provided by Sleepy Oak Productions ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial contemplative practice, subject to these Terms and to the Apple App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which also applies to your use of the App.

2. The service

The App is a tool for tracking vows, journaling, timing meditation, and connecting with a practice community. It is offered for spiritual and educational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional or guidance from a qualified teacher.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

• Post or share content in community features that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes others' rights;

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a teacher or lineage;

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend.

We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are violated. Community features include the ability to flag inappropriate content for review.

4. Community content

You are responsible for the information you choose to share (such as your name, location, profile photo, and any content you flag or submit). Content you make visible in community features may be seen by other users, teachers, and administrators.

5. Donations and donor features (V House)

Certain features may be associated with donor support. Any donations are processed by third parties and are not in-app purchases. Donor verification uses the email you provide solely to confirm eligibility.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and its design are owned by Sleepy Oak Productions or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Teachings and texts presented in the App are used with permission of, or attributed to, their respective holders.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleepy Oak Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
