Before You Email
A few things that solve most issues fastest:

Force-close and reopen the app — clears most temporary glitches

Update to the latest version in the App Store

Check your location and frost dates in Profile → if these are wrong, your sowing calendar will be too

Subscription Help
To manage, cancel, or restore your Premium subscription:

iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → SowWhat?

In-app: Profile → Manage Subscription
If a purchase didn't go through correctly, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen, or email us with your Apple ID receipt.
